(1) Apply lip balm to smooth out the surface of your lips and reduce crevices...
(2) Use a lip liner. Choose a color that matches your lips, not your lipstick. (This step is optional)
(3) Choose the lipstick color of choice and apply the color, starting at the center of the upper lip and moving outward toward one corner in a windshield motion, repeat the steps for the lower lip.
