Do you provide Refund or Exchanges from MzGlamourAddicts PERSONAL CLOSET?
No. All Sales are Final purchased within MzGlamourAddicts PERSONAL CLOSET.
Do you provide refunds or exchanges?
Yes, Our policy is within 7 consecutive days of purchase date.
If 7 consecutive days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of use
How do i return an item purchased within 7 consecutive days for a refund or exchange?
You can use a mailing option of your choice to our specified return mailing address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Business Days.
If you are approved for a exchange, within 10 business days your exchanged item will be mailed to you with a new tracking number. Unless, the exchanged item requested is out of stock then a refund will automatically be issued.
What happens if i do not receive my refund or exchange?
It takes up to 30 days to fully complete the process of returns and refunds.
However, If you haven’t received a refund within 10 Business Days, first check with your bank or credit card company again. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted for you to see.
If you’ve done all the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items and items purchased from MzGlamourAddicts PERSONAL CLOSET cannot be exchanged or refunded.
I placed my order BUT made a mistake, can it be fixed?
Yes! Our processing time for orders received is 24 hrs.
Send us an email with your order number and our customer service will correct the mistake.
How soon will my order ship?
Items are shipped within 48 HRS of purchase. Depending on the items ordered will determine the shipping method. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your record.
I was not able to complete my order during check out, why?

Shipping & Delivery Expectations
Currently, we only ship Domestic within the United States.
MzGlamourAddict offers 5 - 7 business days shipping as our standard shipping option on all orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, your order may experience delays.
Purchases of $50 and over shipping is FREE (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For orders totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $7.49 for Standard shipping.
Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.
What if I am Denied a Refund or Exchange What Happens Next?
If you are denied a refund, a full explanation will be given. In most cases its due to the item being on sale at the time of purchase.
If you are denied an exchange, a full explanation will be given. In most cases it's denied because the requested exchanged item is not in stock.
